Campus Connect






Students
CampusConnect is a service available to South Plains College students. With CampusConnect you are able to view and print important information, such as your class schedule, grade report, and unofficial transcript, as well as account and financial aid status. This feature is available for students in TASP compliance to utilize during pre-registration. Contact your program advisor for additional details.

HOW DO I ACCESS CampusConnect?

  1. You will need your student ID number and PIN number. PIN numbers can be obtained from the Admissions and Records office at (806) 894-9611 ext. 2570, 2187 or 2372.
  2. Click the button below to continue on to CampusConnect.
  3. Select Log-on and enter your USER ID and PIN NUMBER.

USING CampusConnect FEATURES

CLASS SCHEDULE
Use this feature to view or print your current class schedule. If you have registered for courses and they do not show on your schedule, contact the Admissions and Records office immediately.

GRADE REPORT
A grade report will be active for the most recent semester only. Previous semester grades may be viewed through the UN-OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT option. Grade reports will no longer be mailed. If you are unable to access your grade report online, contact the Admissions and Records office to request a printed copy.

COURSE AVAILABILITY
After selecting COURSE AVAILABILITY, choose the semester you wish to view. Click on the SUBMIT button. Closed or Cancelled classes will be indicated with red lettering in the background of the course title.

UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
After selecting UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT you may choose to PRINT the transcript or return to the MAIN MENU. Official transcripts may be requested from the Admissions and Records Office, in person or in writing.

ACCOUNT STATUS
After selecting ACCOUNT STATUS, select the semester you wish to view. Your current statement of account will be displayed. Payments to your account can be made online from this area.

DEGREE AUDIT
Use this feature as an advising tool to determine just how close you are to achieving your chosen degree or do a little degree shopping and explore your options. Final confirmation of degree requirements is subject to departmental approval.

DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION
Use this to view demographic information currently on file. If any of this information is incorrect or has changed, please contact the Admissions and Records office in person.

FINANCIAL AID
Select this option to view your financial aid award information. Questions regarding this information should be directed to your financial aid advisor.

PIN MAINTENANCE
Select this option to change your PIN number. To insure confidentiality, you should change your PIN number the first time you access the system.

Certain areas of Campus Connect may not be available to those students whose financial or academic records at the college are not in good standing.
